What we collect

When you use the booking or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message or notes field — for example, hair length, reference photos you mention, or allergies. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into those forms, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

How it's used

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry or to arrange, confirm, and prepare for your appointment. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or marketing companies.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and forwarded to Paula's email inbox. Formspree handles the technical delivery of the message; we don't run our own server or database. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy on their site for details of how they process data in transit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to manage your appointment or answer your question, and delete old messages periodically.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just get in touch via email or phone.
