Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, absolutely! We offer complimentary consultations for all new clients and for major services like colour transformations or extensions. This allows us to understand your hair goals, assess your hair type, and recommend the best treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Do you provide wigs?
Yes, we specialize in high-quality wigs including lace fronts, full lace, and closure wigs. We offer wig consultations, custom styling, cutting, and maintenance services. Our wigs are available in various textures, lengths, and colours to suit your personal style.
Do you wash and blow-dry hair?
Yes, we offer professional wash and blow-dry services using premium products suited to your hair type. This service can be booked as a standalone treatment or combined with other services. We also provide deep conditioning treatments for added nourishment and shine.
Is it women only for hair?
Not at all! We’re a unisex salon welcoming everyone. Our skilled stylists are experienced in cutting and styling hair for men, women, and children. Whether you need a fresh fade, a classic cut, or a complete transformation, we’ve got you covered.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment through our online booking system, call us at +44 7869 562925, or message us on Instagram or Facebook. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekends.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Do you accept walk-ins?
While we welcome walk-ins subject to availability, we highly recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment, as our stylists can get fully booked, especially during peak hours and weekends.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays. Our salon is located at 3 New Street, Erdington, Birmingham B23 6SD.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments for your convenience.
